You don't need more advice. You need to be understood.
Most people who come to me have already read the articles, tried the apps, and followed the systems. The advice wasn’t wrong it just wasn’t theirs. Real change begins when you understand yourself clearly enough to know what actually works for you.
Overwhelmed by everyday demands
Your schedule is full, your energy isn't. You give constantly and feel guilty when you can't keep up.
Early-stage burnout or chronic stress
You recognize that something has to change, but you're not sure where to start or who to trust with it.
Difficulty with boundaries and assertiveness
You struggle to say no, to ask for what you need, or to stop taking on others' emotional weight.
Feeling trapped in old patterns
The way you've always been doesn't seem to fit the life you want. You sense there's more, but can't access it alone.
What actually changes things
There are no scripts here, no frameworks handed to you from the outside. The work is to understand you specifically – your character, your energy, your history, and from there, find what genuinely fits.
01
Deep curiosity, not quick answers
Your schedule is full, your energy isn't. You give constantly and feel guilty when you can't keep up.
02
Your answers, not mine
I won't tell you what to do, believe, or want. I help you discover those things for yourself because change you understand is change that lasts.
03
Identity, not just habits
Techniques matter. But lasting change requires understanding which parts of your identity no longer serve the life you want and slowly, carefully, renegotiating them.
What real sessions look like
These are anonymized accounts from real conversations not outcomes promised, but patterns of what becomes possible when you’re genuinely heard.
on being taken seriouslly
"The most helpful part of our session was that you took my goal seriously."
A client wanted to lose weight. Not in some aspirational, abstract sense - they had a specific goal with specific habits, and they needed a plan. What they hadn't found anywhere else was someone willing to treat that goal as genuinely important. Their social circle had quietly signalled it wasn't worth committing to. Being taken at their word left them more energized and more certain of themselves than any technique I could have offered.
On time, identity and daily structure
The problem wasn't a scheduling failure. It was a self-concept formed in childhood.
A client couldn't fit their hobbies, responsibilities, and rest into a single day. Through several sessions with a lot of patience and open questioning we traced the constraint back to rules of daily practice they'd inherited long ago. Only by looking at those underlying beliefs could we redesign their relationship to time in a way that felt genuinely sustainable and theirs.
A conversation, not a commitment
The first session is free. We spend 30 minutes getting to know each other – what you’re dealing with, what you’ve tried, and whether working together makes sense. No pressure. No pitch.
